Crème Brûlée Cheesecake

This is what happens when Crème Brûlée meets cheesecake. We've taken a shortbread pastry crust and smothered it with an amazing Vanilla Crème Brûlée cheesecake. Of course, like any great Brûlée we've finished ours with a traditional burnt sugar topping. Can you say yum!
